Effective December 1, 2008

Rates are applicable for up to 9 people.
On non-holiday rentals, there is an additional 20% charge for 10-15 people (maximum occupants).

September through mid-June	$700/week $400/weekend (2 or 3 days/nights)
mid-June through August	$700/week Saturday to Saturday (up to 7 days/nights)
Holiday Week/Weekends Thanksgiving week Christmas week New Year's week Labor/Memorial weekends M.L. King/President's weekends	Rates $1200 $1200 $1200 $600 $550
